About Us
The Women in Agile Leadership initiative made its debut during a session titled: Fireside Discussion with Women in Agile Leadership at the Agile Nigeria Conference 2024 on March 7th, 2024 with theme: “Agility – The Engine for Digital Evolution”. The session showcased accomplished women in the Agile sphere. They shared insights into their personal journeys, highlighting the benefits, achievements, lessons learned, and key takeaways for others. The panel consisted of three esteemed Women Agile Leaders representing reputable organizations in the economy.
Our dedicated conveners bring a wealth of experience, passion, and expertise to the table, championing diversity, equity, and innovation in every aspect of agile leadership.

Abiodun Lewis
Abiodun Lewis is a thought leader in global transformation. She has led multiple teams in multiple countries and multiple continents from ideas to inception, for government institutions and multi-national. She is passionate about technology, fintech, financial services, data, new ideas, inclusion, impact, and accessing credit through the most cost-efficient innovation across several sectors globally. Over two (2) decades in conceptualizing, developing, deploying, managing, delivering, and supporting multiple projects in Technology, Operations and Support, Business Transformation, Strategy, and New
Innovations.

Carol Ariyibi
Carol is an expert in Digital transformation, Organizational culture change, and Enterprise agile coach. She applies her extensive project development expertise to enable organizational transformation using disruptive technology, change management, DEI, agility, and robust strategy execution skills. Carol believes strongly in intrapreneurship and empowering individuals and teams with the skills and mindset that will transform the organization from within. Outside work, she pursues her passion for community work through her role in various non-profits and professional communities. She is the Director of memberships for the Agile Practitioners Association of Nigeria (APAON) and President, PowerWoman Network.
